VETERAN QUILT
VETERAN QUILT: I made this quilt for a co-worker's husband (TB) who has recently returned from his 4th tour to Afghanistan/Iraq. I built the quilt around the center panel and added borders to it. It is approx. twin size.
Thanks to those who donate supplies to make veteran quilts, and for this quilt, thank you RLM for donating your time and talent to machine quilt it.
VETERAN QUILT
VETERAN QUILT: This quilt was made for a local WWII vet. The home where he now lives had a big ceremony for him for Veteran's Day. When I was asked to make a quilt for him to be given at the ceremony, I was thrilled to be part of his special day. It is lap size and was machine quilted by RLM, who quilted "Thank you" in the border.
Thanks to all who donate supplies, and their own time to this ministry. In my opinion, we owe our vets far more than we as a country can ever repay.
